Species coexistence under environmental change

Given that interactions between plants and their natural enemies appear important for maintaining plant species coexistence, it seems likely that disturbing these interactions will affect plant diversity. But will it? At the moment we have very little data to get at this question.

Current projects are examining the effects of forest fragmentation, hunting and altered precipitation on the interactions between plants and their natural enemies.
